Rhonda Cooley is the present McMinn County Circuit Court Clerk. The Court Clerk prepares and files all records of Circuit, Criminal, Sessions, Juvenile, Traffic, and Child Support Courts. This office prepares dockets, issues passports, collects fee, fines, and penalties, and collects and disburses child support payments. This office is elected county-wide every 4 years.
