Don Cowart is the McMinn County Assessor of Property.  The Assessor of Property inventories all parcels of real estate, and tangible, real, and intangible personal property in McMinn County.  This office also maintains tax maps showing the location of property, and ownership property cards. This office is elected county-wide every 4 years.

Office is located on the main floor of the courthouse.
